What to Know When Booking
Cancellations & Refunds
Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel 30+ days in advance* and you may receive a full refund of base fees. No refunds granted within 2 weeks of the performance. Add-ons may be refundable if they haven’t been fulfilled.

Rehearsals
We'll schedule rehearsals together. Just give 24+ hours notice if you need to cancel—otherwise, the full fee applies.

Music Submission
Please send your music choices at least 30 days in advance.* Rush fees apply for last-minute requests.

Changes
Changes made within two weeks* of the event may incur extra fees and depend on availability.

Travel & Equipment
I charge a small travel fee outside of my base areas. If your venue doesn’t have a suitable instrument, a transport fee may apply.

Additional Services
Want to add something extra? No problem—just get it in writing (email or text works great). Verbal agreements won’t hold.

*Short notice requests (less than one week in advance) are accepted based on availability for Funerals, Celebrations of Life, and Memorials. Rush fees apply within 48 hours.
Payment Policy
Booking your date is easy— a non-refundable deposit secures your spot. I accept cash, check, credit card, or Venmo, whichever works best for you. Once we’ve signed the contract, I’ll send an invoice, and any updates will be reflected if your plans change.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the performance. A $25/week late fee applies if payment is more than 7 days overdue. If payment isn’t received by the event start time, I may have to pause services—unless we’ve made other arrangements ahead of time.
